I agree that the show has lost its way, although I am apparently the only person on the entire internet who felt the emergency room Episode was the show reclaiming its heart. He’s probably telling the truth. In fact, we should be much MORE concerned if the POTUS really is sitting around watching MTV instead of running the country. How can the editors of the post not address this? What does this have to do with foreign affairs or national interests? If he wants to be a celebrity, he should resign and move to Hollywood.
They’ve lived together their whole lives, one way or another. They were talking about which scent they like better, Mr. Clean or Pinesol or something with lavender in it. If it has an equivalent in this movie not so much that I would turn off the movie there’s a beautiful song in our film called “Where the Lost Things Go.” Mary Poppins is singing to these children they’ve lost their mother the year before. And she sings about it in such a smart Scott Whitman lyric, because it’s about loss and it’s about grief, but it’s also in a way that a child can understand and is not condescending, it doesn’t talk down, doesn’t baby talk. A day later guy comes back and asks if there is anyway we can provide him a receipt that shows the ORIGINAL price instead of the price he paid.
